Intro Call

In this call we will discuss the goals for your Zendesk Instance, and how deep you would like to integrate across your company. Here we will discuss the type of business you run and the specific workflows that will be integrated.

Quote

Once the goals and time line is set, a quote will be sent for approval, once approved, work will begin.

Build Out

Upon approval of quote, work will begin. During this time, we will be in communication on what is being done, and what has been completed, along with a change log to document what is happening, and ETA on completion. We will work close with you to make sure the system is operating as expected.

Roll Out

Upon completion of the build out, training documents will be provided, and a training will be provided to key stakeholders. 60 Days of free support is given on anything built.

After Roll Out
